How do I return an item?

Refund/Return Policy:

Want to return a part you don’t need? No problem!

We accept returns new, unaltered and unused stock items within 30 days of placing order for full refund. Definition of “new, unaltered and unused” condition is:

  • within 30 calendar days of the order date

  • item must be new, unused, undamaged in resaleable condition

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for replacement or refund.

Other things to know about refunds and returns:

  • A return merchandise authorization (RMA) must be obtained prior to returning any item. To obtain an RMA, please send an email to: with the following information:

    • Order Number

    • Item requesting return

    • Email and Phone Number where you can be reached

  • Items received without an RMA will be returned at the customers expense.

  • Return Merchandise Authorizations will remain open for 30 days. If the item is not returned within 30 days, the customer must obtain a new RMA.

  • Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it

  • No returns on Control Boards that are installed  cannot be return or once removed from the original packaging

  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping.
